I turns out that it is my Teensy causing the problem. Before it worked fine, but now it does not and is causing the short.

Sounds like there is definitely a short in your hub wiring. Your soldering needs to be cleaned up. Is that wire on PP23 touching ground? Looks like it in the picture. Agree with @hoolyhoo. There's a short somewhere. Ideally some photos from top down would help us see more clearly. Might be worth resoldering pads, pins and doing your wiring if nothing is obvious. The soldering and wiring on your powerboard also needs tidying as even if not now you'll run into pro...
