solder a diode from the IN+ on the lipo charger to the Power input on the controller pcb and do the same with the wire coming from the battery to the Power Input. Is that with a normal raspeberry pi zero, or with one with a gpu overclock?

He never mentions overclocking, and since it would be very difficult to cool the pi since its inside a metal tin and covered by plastic, overclocking probably wouldn't we conducive to the project. Good question though.
