Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
I watched it, but it just maybe was unclear to me. I knew we;d need a tin, was pretty sure we'd have to order a Pi0W, and a battery. Unsure on the other stuff though. Thank you Will have to watch for what they point out as what else we'd need, and what to look for exactly to make sure it's compatab...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
Ok read the first post and see the video that wermy is making. Dont get me wrong but it makes sense. What you need to have is a powerboost, lipo, USB sound card, 20mm diameter 0.5W 8Ohm speaker, tin case and a Raspberry Pi Zero W. what i am getting out of the video. And the rest what is in the kit ...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
There was some questions asked here earlier about ribbon cables and tactile switches. Will they (and the 2.4" screen) be included in the kit, or do they need to be bought separately elsewhere like the buttons, pads, etc.? I'm selling the board kits and Wermy the 3D parts and buttons. My kits includ...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
You may be able to shuffle things around and make that happen - especially if you used a tiny battery charger in stead of a PowerBoost or something similar. I'm sure we'll see lots of variants/different takes on it as we did with the Game Boy Zero. :) Ahh I'm not too great with stuff like this. Jus...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
Quick question though, will you be able to use the micro USB as an OTG port? Nope, that's taken up by the usb sound card I'm afraid. With the Pi 0 W though, you can still transfer roms and stuff over wifi. Actually sounds about time to address my question. Would you think about doing a varient with...

Re: Colors for 3d-printed parts [Poll/gauging interest]
Well, they say teal and maroon on the spools. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They do look pretty dang close to the tin colors in person, I'd say, so the picture may be a tad misleading. Maroon is definitely lighter than the tin, but it's still nice and complimentary in my opinion. :) I think the blue works great, as it...

Re: Colors for 3d-printed parts [Poll/gauging interest]
I feel like the colors are a bit off. Teal is more of a light blue, and maroon is just pink.
That being said. The look great. Just wish the colors were a bit more in tune with their tin color
Keep up the good work none the less!

Re: Posible alternative...
You would be able to do a small decal inside of it. Allowing for further customization. It's really cool and yeah while, functionally uesless, would be fun to mess around with style wise.

Re: Purchase limits (and a rant)
Limit is probably okay, as well as not releaseing the schematics for 3D prints. I would kill for a MintyPi2 personal use. That being said I also had the idea of making some posts on local sites for my town about them and trying to sell some of them for.. small profit (Seriously just figuring how lon...
