I had this problem. Had a dimly lit screen. Once I soldered the wire as directed by the OP, manage to get it to show boot. Only issue is that screen supplied by Helder has 3 vertical lines on the right of the screen. Tested a spare that I have which appears to be working so far. Need to test inputs ...
