hey guys just finished my first gameboy, I had some parts laying around for years now... I tried to make it as easy and quick as possible without any extras... ive included wiring plans for everything... I hope its helpful... cheers (I have to put a cardridge in but i didnt get a red one yet and sry...

Hello im new here. I want to start my new build soon. I have a question it seems that the new display board has a 8 pin chip where you dont have a red wire soldered, did you remove the chip ? Thanks. i assume u mean where the red wire now goes to... yep but should work with the chip on the board to...

im at the same point on this project with the same screen and board right now....
if I make any progress i will report...
if someone gets it running on 5v, help would be appreciated ;)

It's cool but you could have gutted the power brick and stuff that battery there so it looks a little better on the back end and more stock.
i have the cover of the original n64 power supply to put on the back side so it looks closed... I missed to put it in the video :(

hey guys i finally made a video to my second n64 raspberry mod. ive improved the first version and somehow as i started showing it online it came quite around. seems like i was the first one to build a cardridge screen witch freaked ppl out, anyway lots of gaming sites got benefit for it, me not :) ...
