I recommend a cheap soldering station with digital controlled temps like the 898D+ for less than $50 which I use practically daily and get some thinner solder like 0.032" and if possible the 63/3...

I just finished soldering all the GPIO holes to the button PCB, but when i apply power to the Pi it won't boot. I have manually connected X, L, DOWN, 3.3V, and 5V to their correspondant pads with wire, (3.3V on the VCC under the ribbon connector, and 5V to the VCC to the right). What could I have do...
