Does anyone have a spare Mintypi 3.5 kit laying around?

What do I set my multimeter to to test the TX pin and where do I place the probes on my multimeter?

When connected to battery or USB mintypi will not power on. It works fine when connected directly to the raspberry pi power port, but not when connected to the charging board.

My 3D printed drill guide does not fit completely on the Altoids tin. Are there any adjustments that can be made to get this to fit right?
