You should be able to wire a new one on, just make sure you get the polarity correct.

Re: Has anyone seen this display board?
try to find the pinout of ic7 on the board by googling the number printed on the IC, if there is a 5v output, solder your 5v wire to that pin on the regulator.

Re: Help with Screen Modification
my advice would be to locate the regulator (try searching the model number on the IC's) and find the pinout and solder 5v to the 5v out pin on the regulator, the bottom right ic looks like a regulator, google the number on it and find the pinout

Re: Finished wiring. Screen doesn't work :-(
Wait, you soldered the 5v to the wrong pin on the ic, check variant 9 on the wiki, also remove the ic all together, i have the same board and my 5v is soldered three down from the top right of your pic. Hope this helps.

Re: Finished wiring. Screen doesn't work :-(
Try using your screen with a different composite video source other than the pi and try to power the screen with 12v instead of 5v. (IF YOU POWER OFF 12V, DO NO POWER WITH 5V MODIFICATION IN PLACE, IT WILL FRY YOUR SCREEN.) Also, did you test before you modded the screen?
