I was soldering the pi onto helder's pbc and I noticed that I accident bridged these two gpios.I just wanted to know if that will affect anything

I was putting some tape on the ribbon to thicken it up and it wasn't aligned right so I took it off and it tore off a bit of some of the fingers.
Is it still salvageable
