You'll need the test off the two 8 pin ICs, that said you could probably get away with soldering to the +ve side of the capacitor marked 10V.

I find if you use anything much shorter than 9mm for the height of those switched you have issues because you have to mount them so deep into the back of the case (so the short nub stick through enough) that the curve of the case can stop them from siting flush. I don't know, its possible if the scripts are very similar.

How much of YaYa's post did you follow. I have found (at least with the bandgood version) that the safe shutdown doesn't work (appears the script doesn't load at startup) if you disable wait for network on boot.
