Screen with Video Card is GLITCHING OUT
For a video visual, refer to the following: ObBv631Ew40 So I salvaged a Quanta Display Inc. QD141X1LH01 screen from my old dell to use in a project, and bought the proper video card for it. However, whenever I first turn it on with output from any computer, it has trouble displaying clearly. It appe...

Re: accessing sd card from usb
For sd card extension: there are exiting adapter cables for sd extension on aliexpress and maybe ebay. Be aware: if you read the sd card direct by your computer and not via wifi you will see no real usefull contend on windows or mac by default because of linux file format (ext4). This is for the mo...

Re: accessing sd card from usb
I understand that. I've very scarcely used raspbian on the pi before, so I have very little experience with these things, which is why I haven't much of a clue about this stuff :? But I was just wondering because if I ever wanted to access the information on the sd card without opening a project up,...

Re: Sota's Game Pi 3 / Raspberry Boy 3 [Raspberry Pi 3 Game Boy] (Completed!)
the cooling issue is a thing :/ but I think that it would be awesome for someone to at least make one (if not several) attempts to see if it would actually work. Sure, it'd be difficult, but until someone tries it, it won't even have a chance of happening. The Odroid is only like $59 so if anybody ...

This is frikin awesome! I was just talking to someone else on the forums about using an odroid in a gameboy project, and this is perfect! This forum has been dead for a while, but please update if you can.

accessing sd card from usb
Okay, so I have no idea if this is a dumb question or not, but could it be possible to access the sd card from a usb port on a raspberry pi? I think it would be so convenient to be able to turn off the pi and access the sd card via usb without having to open up the build and get the sd card out. tho...

Re: Nintendo shutting down ROM sites
Moders, Anyone hear / see the comments from various ROM sites that they are revisiting their site content - due to Nintendo putting the hammer down? I watching two youtubes yesterday talking about the ROM community for NES content could quickly dry up. While I understand they are trying to protect ...

PiiWii Pocket
So as I was goofin around on the interwebbings :D , I discovered this awesome invention: 4MqL7OUMaHE It doesn't use a raspberry pi to run, but the idea of diy gaming projects is similar to that of GBZ and other gaming builds I've seen here. It would be cool if more people decided to do more of this ...

something similarly cool is this thing that I just found on YouTube.
https://youtu.be/4MqL7OUMaHE
It plays only gamecube and wii games, so no retro stuff, but it's still pretty cool that all that can fit in such a small space.
