Hi there! I am making such a device and my LCD signal is too bright, when I put the LCD setting for luminosity to the lowest possible it's getting better but still very bright. Did you had this problem? If so could you solve it? say no more solder a resistor to the screen power wire,i dont know how...

i hope it fits ,and its a 6" on, u need to desolder the gpio,usb hub and ethernet port if ur using the rpi 3 so its slim.
