Re: USB sound card overheating with headphones (and now apparently fried)
Hi everyone. So I finally got some new parts, and some spare time to rebuild the audio circuit. In the pic the way I did it. The speaker works fine, but when I plug the headphones I can hear only one channel. What's the matter? Also, at the moment I have no overheating problems, but I did only a 10 ...

Re: USB sound card overheating with headphones (and now apparently fried)
you have a headphone socket and that's not shown in the diagram, especially as the USB sound card was overheating when headphones were plugged in..... how have you wired the headphones? do you have a volume wheel, if so how is that wired? how is the ground for the audio wired (complete circuit)? Wh...

USB sound card overheating with headphones (and now apparently fried)
Hi everyone! I finished my first build two weeks ago, and I am very happy with the result and the overall experience (never used a dremel or a solder before January 8-) ). I also made a video to celebrate it (with thanks to the people who helped me, like RodoCop, you can see it here, sorry it is in ...

Re: XIANJIE or modded screen?
Thanks Rodocop, and great advice! I already started to ask in the forum for modding the unknown screen's board, hope that someone will find a solution so I'll surely start working on my second build, one day 8-) Meanwhile: DHL texted me to say that the Xianjie screen will be delivered at my home on ...

Re: Need help converting BW to 5V
Hi, I got this board form BW. Seems some sort of remix of the one you were discussing about in this topic. One problem is that the number of one of the chips is scarcely visible. It is the one in yellow in the photo; in the detail photo the number seems to be MK 25D46BTIO 1720, but I'm not sure (the...

Re: BW screen not found on wiki.Help!!!!
Hi don't you believe that the 6 pins IC in the red circle could be the power IC? Like that: https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=44&t=3892#p44008 or that : http://lcd-television-repair.com/newsletter/LCD_&_LED_TV_Monitor_6_Pins_SMD_Power_IC.html bwscreen.jpg I'll sure give a try as soon as...

Re: BW screen not found on wiki.Help!!!!
Hi everyone, I'm here just to thank all the people who helped me trying to make this screen work. Unfortunately, it is still not working. I'll get another screen soon, probably the Shenzen one. And if one day someone will ever get this screen working, then I'll start to build my second Game Boy Zero...
