Re: Looking for help with audio and wifi problems with Circuit Sword.

Is there a way to fix it if you did update the kernel by using the retropie udpate script?... Asking for a friend who doesn't want to play through the first 3 hours of FF7 again. :D

Re: PSP Emulator Settings on CSO, D-Pad

Using lr-ppsspp on the CS (Compute Module 3), I got a few games to run well using the default settings. So far I've tried Lumines, Canabalt, Patapon and LocoRoco which all seem perfectly playable except that text is sometimes hard to read due to the lower resolution (PSP has 272x480, CS is letterbox...

Re: Cannot scan or connect to wifi

... yes. Should that make me laugh or cry? :lol: I logged in through SSH. I had to load a wpa_supplicant.conf onto the SD manually though. It showed available networks but it couldn't connect after entering the password. I guess that's because of the country code? While I was in there I ran the circ...

Re: Cannot scan or connect to wifi

I'm having the same issue after installing some joysticks (which sucks since I need SSH to configure the sticks). I've tried turning WiFi off, rebooting, and then turning it on, but that doesn't make a difference. If it's any help, going into raspi-config and trying to set the wifi country and going...

Re: Does anyone know the dimensions of a SNES controller?

I took out a (off-brand) controller and a pair of callipers to confirm, it's noteworthy to add that the measurements make a lot more sense in inches. The D-pad, for example, is exactly 1 inch wide and 11/16 from the left edge.

Re: Is 32gb SD card enough for Retropi up to SNES?

32 GB would give you enough room to load pretty much *every* Atari/NES/SNES/N64/Genesis/GG/GB/GBA/TG16/NGP/ PSX/PSP /AppleII/Commodore game. That's not quite true. It should indeed be plenty for games from the older cartridge-based systems, but PSX games tend to be CD-sized, so around 700 MB is not...

using batteries in parallel

Ordered a circuit sword. Looking for batteries, I initially couldn't find a pack I liked but I could find a cell that had the perfect height and width, and one third the max thickness. My idea was to wire them up in parallel, but I've since come across some info that said that you shouldn't do that....
