Might be a silly point to make or i missed it, but how are you both wired to the PI? are you def connected to the correct GPIO?

I remember seeing someone else with this problem. If I recall correctly there problem was with the naming of the files. They had hash tags in the title. Once they removed the hash tags, the files worked fine.

Could the design also be modded to add the 2 pins / posts that hold the rubber button pad in place? or is it not really needed? I would have to ask my friend, as the pins are very small and I am not sure how good that'll get on a 3-D-printer. The PCB's didn't arrive yesterday, so I have to test the...
