I've also used win32diskimager on windows 10 to burn the sd image works great also!

cheers kite for reply.. i just broke my 640 screen the ribbon is just so weak :( and i was being pretty gentle but tight fit etc ... i thought it would withstand a tug or two oh well i still have the 240x default screen(removed the 640 brighter solder blob and commented out the config text back to 3...
