really nice build (again) how does the Power boost perform with the whole set up.... No the one holding the lcd and cover the exposed frame. Original bezel + front case -> touchscreen->printed bezel->lcd

For 1S lipo you dont need voltage divider as teensy analog input is rated as 5V, for 2S 7.4V a 2.2KOhm divider is fine.
