Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files

I finally found the time to compare your model to mine and I've got to say I am quite surprised to see yours differ from mine so much. I've seen several people build a GBZ directly from my files and only making tiny adjustments due to shrinking material when printing. So far I haven't had any compla...

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files

Necro post for my first post...two for one! Has anyone actually used the CAD model to build a GBZ? I had to alter the screen cutout in Fusion because it definitely wasn't the right size for the typical 3.5 BW screen. I'm on my third prototype, but I think I got it right this time. If I've missed so...

Sorry new here, but really interested in the Circuit sword and i was just wondering in general how often the order window comes up? Seems like 2 or 3 times a year, is that correct?
Three times a year, if I am not mistaken.

Re: [PRE-ORDER] Circuit Sword, Circuit Sword Lite + Circuit Gem - OPEN

Hello, quick question, is the new 640 LCD compatible with the last set of circuit swords? I still haven't made mine but if the new screen is that good, might be worth getting. It is compatible with all Circuit Sword versions (except the Circuit Sword Lite), when the LCDs ship there will be a requir...

Re: Woodboy zero

Really cool! :D

I am curious – is the weight a problem when holding them for a longer period of time?

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files

@neolith - Came across this page on boxypixel.com. Looks like a modified version of your CAD: https://www.boxypixel.com/collections/game-boy-zero-gbz/products/game-boy-zero-aluminum-shell Yeah, I came across that one, too. Thanks for the heads-up. I am not entirely happy seeing someone actually sel...

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files

That looks really cool! I thought about making a wooden GBZ when I worked on the model, but couldn't manage to find a carpenter or a contractor with the right tools to create the shells for me without having to pay several hundred €. :( I am really glad to see that someone else succeeded! :) Going t...

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files

Question, does this shell fit any GBZ PCB or was it made specifically for Kite's AIO? The model wasn't made for a specific board. Since all the measurements were taken on an original Game Boy DMG all PCBs that fit that one should fit here, too. Unless I screwed up that is. Nice print! :)
