I would be quite surprised if you could fit a full sized Pi 1/2/3 in there without heavily modifying the case to remove that inconveniently placed battery holder. Hopefully it doesn't have to be hacked up too much though, it does seem like the perfect case for a portable gaming system. :D

Interesting project. Would you still use the same battery that fits in the Gamepad? It uses a 2550mAh, 3.6v pack. Should be fine with a Powerboost. Source In the video he holds up both the 7" and 5" display options, I wonder if any of these displays would be of use, since the Wii U Gamepad uses a 6....
