Re: Mode button (verry short)

Hi, the original switch is 6x6x6 I believe but it doesn't matter because it's too short. Please get a longer one. Maybe 6x6x8. Don't worry about the voltages. There is not that much energy going through the switch. 12V DC is more than OK! As for the fan, there are clear instructions here: https://gi...

Having Wifi issues? Read this first

I have gone through two CSO boards and at least a dozen hours of troubleshooting including checking through logs, trying to install different drivers, modifying and tweaking interfaces, trying static IP's instead of DHCP etc and never had luck. I also haven't been able to really use usb wifi dongles...

Does any one have a wiring diagram for the SAIO?
I'm sorry, what does this mean? Have you looked at the pictures on Github repo?

Re: ROM import

Paragon method works perfectly and transfers are much faster than wifi and USB anyway. You also have full access to the file system which matters because it allows you to easily troubleshoot issues.

Re: Is it safe to use fast chargers?

I thought devices "request" how much power they want and won't take extra. I suspect if you use a fast charger with the CSO, it will still charge at 5V.

Re: Mode button (verry short)

I am having problems understanding your questions. First, you are asking what size you need for the mode switch, right? I believe it comes with 6x6x6 or 6x6x5 switches. You will want a longer one so maybe try 8 mm. You can also buy a set like this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MRP025V/ref=...

Re: ROM import

I tried this and it only kind of worked. First I made a USB stick with the retropie folder. I put it in the Gameboy and booted it up, waiting until the activity light went out. I took it out and put it in my PC and saw that it made a bunch of rom system folders but not all of them. I loaded up the g...
