You could glue a piece of slightly thick plastic on the inside of the case using JBWeld Epoxy Syringe glue. Once the glue has set, somehow screw through the plastic, maybe with a pointy screw first to get your hole, then use a regular screw to shut it. JBWeld works great once it's completely hardene...
