Ah I forgot to mention that when I used fusion 360 to transform the original STL to an editable model, it increased the size tenfold. scaling the object by 10% will solve this problem.
I was able to figure out the scale by putting the older version in the slice and scaled down till it matched.

Re: [UPDATE] "Air duct" and "fan-mount" for kites circuit sword

For anybody using the simple fan bracket and is having issues fitting this fan bracket and the included switch PCB I have modified the STL file to accommodate for the switch PCB. While the airflow it not ideal, I was able to keep the CM3 under 60°C while running N64 Golden Eye so for me its adequat...

Re: [WIP] Tact-4 shoulder button bracket

Maybe a second screw hole would help. I do plan on using R1 and L1 more often. I am waiting for an order of screws to be delivered before I can test the concept.

Re: [WIP] Tact-4 shoulder button bracket

I just did a rough print of the backer bracket to see how things fit and to see if it was doable. The idea is to screw the bar into the bracket to act like spring or something for the tacts. I do have some small screws on the way that should fit. I could add another screw hole in for more support, b...

Re: [WIP] Tact-4 shoulder button bracket

messing around with the idea of a backer bar to hold the tacts in place. A simple screw should do it. Don't want to interfere with anything, want it to be sturdy, I don't have much room for much. I could use some feedback on the basic idea.

Re: [WIP] Fan/blower mount for kites circuit sword

I had to get one with more room. So I basicly combined AntFJ's grill with a blank I found earlier and came up something real quick.

Re: [WIP] Tact-4 shoulder button bracket

had some time to kill and decided to go for it. So basically I took a drill bit that was closest to the holes I had in the drill guide and drilled them in, and placed the brackets and switches in. I ended up making holes a bit bigger than anticipated with a step bit. Only issue i can think of is how...

Re: [WIP] Tact-4 shoulder button bracket

So this is instillation would work now. Take out the drill guides (the ones with the circles). You put them in place. Mark where the holes are (i used a fine tip sharpie). Find a drill bit that is roughly the same size hole as the one in the guide. Then switch it out with the bracket with the square...
