2nd! i make mine with papilio inkjet sticker paper and apply a clear laminate over them and then cut them out... they look great, are water/uv resistant and they are made with a $50 inkjet printer

I would use a dab of hot glue to hold the bracket down and then use a toothpick to add epoxy to the edges.
