Silly me. There is another connector hiding under the back board for R1 and R2. I desoldered the L2 and connected the R1.
There’s 2 ground wires. Only use one?
I rebooted after fixing and now my dpad must be pressed very hard to move in menus. Strange.

Re: Mode button + R not changing dpad input
The "L" and "R" that is referred to is in reference to the physical pin on the CSO that it is connected to, not the one that you configure in retropie. So, your physical L/R buttons, what wires did you connect them to? Do you have a picture? You may need to hold the button combo for a second or so....

[ SOLVED ] Mode button + R not changing dpad input
Sorry for another mode button issue, Kite. Not sure how many have got far enough to mess with this configuration yet, or maybe I’m doing something wrong. As per the wiki, I went to configure input, got down to “right analog” and pressed mode + R1 and I still get “already taken” when trying to config...

Where to get Crystal Clear DMG-01 case?
I got a clear one off ebay, but it's frosted. As i look around, all the "clear" ones seem to be frosted, and opaque instead of clear.
is the only way to get an actual clear case by finding an old Play it Loud clear gameboy?
thanks

Re: CSO - Mode button for volume not working
Can you update the arduino code, and also run the ./update.sh (in the Circuit-Sword directory on the Pi). I have pushed some changes that may help! Reboot once done Kite, I have done the update.sh via ssh and rebooted multiple times. I have also updated the Audrino code from what's currently in you...

Re: CSO Mode button for volume not working
Hi, As an FYI, the osd script will keep resetting the volume level on change, so setting it in ES or alsamixer will change pretty soon after if the button combo decides to set it. There are definitly some improvements that can be made in this area to make it WAY better and I do plan on addressing i...

Due to Chinese New Year holiday, I won't have an answer for at least a week. If I order at that time it will be 5 - 6 weeks from this week before I have black screens in hand again. Will update as soon as I hear back.
Cheers,
Jeremy

Thanks. I ordered 3 gray ones in the meantime. I’m in SJ. I didn’t know your were local! Any ETA on when the Black Border screens will be back in stock? Manufacturer is becoming increasingly harder to deal with. Stay tuned, I will know more soon. Sorry for the delay. Yes sir! They’re going out toda...
