Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Yeah, the Home button could be used for ESC, Power button could be used for a soft shutdown, and a power switch somewhere else could be used as a hard shutoff to cut the battery (EN pin on the powerboost). At least that's my plan anyway. Looks good! Where did you get those boards? Boards came from ...

Re: Teensy through GPIO?
Don't you need a pull-up resistor for each input? I didn't want to go through the hassle of making a circuit for 25 inputs when I have my Teensy sitting here for another project. I figured the Teensy would allow for easier adjustments later on, and thought it would make it a bit more organized. I h...

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Adafruit has the FPC Sticks. They are about 2 inches long so not horrible in size. https://www.adafruit.com/products/1325 I bought the 10-pin ribbon connector from Amazon since I had some GC to burn. I am sure they are found cheaper elsewhere, I just didn't bother to look. https://www.amazon.com/gp...

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Anyone have any idea where to get connectors for those tiny blue flex cables that the buttons use?

Re: [WANTED] BROKEN Gameboy Advance
Once I saw how much potential the Wii U Gamepad has, I sort of allowed that to take over as my primary project :D Also, I ceased progress on the GBA since I kind've hit a road block. I want custom PCB's made for the buttons to replace the original white boards that it came with in the pictures, but ...

Re: [WANTED] BROKEN Gameboy Advance
Long time lurker, first time caller. Hey OP, did you ever start this project? I realize your post is about a month old but I was wondering if you made any progress with the original Game Boy Advance. I'm looking to do this specifically with a GBA original (not interested in doing this with an SP ye...

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Edit: Do you think you could get the Touch panel working, too? I was wondering about this too, if anyone could modify RetroPie or EmulationStation to accept touchscreen inputs. You could even still use the Wii U Gamepad' Stylus that it has a holder for. Although I think for all the trouble it would...

Teensy through GPIO?
I know this may sound a little redundant, but to eliminate the need for a USB hub from my project, I was wondering if it would be possible to have the Pi communicate with a Teensy-LC through GPIO, rather than USB. My USB port will be taken up by a Wifi/Bluetooth combo adapter. I saw this article her...
