Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Does anyone know the specs for the Gamepad speakers? What type of amplifier can we use for them? (if there's 2 speakers, do we need a special amplifier or will this one work?)

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Do you have a controller board for the LCD? No, kite said he's going to make a board for that display so I'll just wait on that. Also am I wrong, or are pins 1 and 10 of the ribbon cable on the ABYX right side of the gamepad both ground? So I can just jump them together? I managed to get one board ...

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
Buy extras. LOL get a thin solder, like .015 or .020. My first try I put solder on a flat tip and wiped it across the contacts... disaster. The second one I did each one with a quick touch of the solder and it came out decent. third one I got the hang of it and it came out nice. Slow and steady is ...

Re: Nintendo releasing Nintendo 8-bit mini.
LOL! It has just been released and yet you folks are already thinking of how to mod and get emulation on it. At least play on it for a while before removing the guts. Mini Nintendo Entertainment System
http://kotaku.com/nintendo-announces-the-mini-nes-will-play-30-classic-g-1783660997 I jumped with joy when I read this article this morning, and can't wait for it to be released! Just looking at it, with the HDMI-out, AC-in, Power and Reset buttons, this case would make for the perfect home console ...

Re: Wii U Gamepad zero/gamepi project thread
I do not have extra adafruit boards, just the tiny connectors that get soldered onto them. I just watched some surface mount solder videos and they make it look so easy! And they do these .5mm pitch boards by eye! I needed to use my magnifier just to get them lined up! I will give it a try by this ...

Re: Gameboy advance roms not working
The bios thing worked like a charm for 4/5 games. Thank you. The one that still doesn't work is Pokemon Liquid Crystal, a hack of Fire red. It works on a computer emulator just fine. Odd...have you tried changing which emulator RetroPie is using for that specific ROM? Looks like there's 4 different...
