I don't think that this is IMPOSSIBLE, but would most likely be more trouble than what it is worth. If you are following Wermy's guide, you would have to embed the SD card in the Pi (so there is an OS to load) and then make some sort of USB adapter that reads GB carts and dumps their contents to me...
