Re: [PREORDER] Custom GBZ lipo battery pack
@Dextech You are doing an awesome job trying to get everyone their orders! Thank you! I'm not trying to rush you but I'm a little confused on your last post... You are having trouble sending signed airmail orders BUT you are able to send standard orders (to Germany and USA). Does this mean that you ...

Re: issue with USB wiring (maybe)
Look at the back the package your potentiometer came in. You need to connect your ground to the "common" pin.
The "common" pin shown above is pin #1. Use this image as reference only though. Your potentiometer could have a different pinout.

Re: Analog or No Analog? for GBZ
I have kite's SAIO board and I installed a joystick. 1. What games and consoles are supported? You will have to configure it to work with some emulators. It can work with Neogeo/FBA/MAME, playstation, and nintendo 64. I'm sure that you can make it work with other systems but I don't know why you wou...

Re: [PREORDER] Custom GBZ lipo battery pack
To anyone who will be using this with Kite's board with dextech's battery. I believed I finished modding my case for Kite's SAIO board without messing with the battery compartment since I wanted to use dextech's battery. I did noticed that without cutting out the most of the battery compartment as ...

Re: No Sound on Splash Screen - Kite's SAIO
For those (like me) who don't know their linux that well, you can edit this "asplashscreen" file by opening terminal (pressing F4) and typing: sudo nano /etc/init.d/asplashscreen After changing the code to what kite showed above, hold ctrl and choose the hot key option "write to file" (I think it is...

Re: N64 Portable (Original Hardware)
Wow. I remember those guys (Downing, Bacteria, Trailblazer, etc.) from back in the day. We use to make portables for all system. It was a lot of fun. Your portable is awesome. Very clean on the inside. And that vinyl overlay looks sweet. Funny to see you testing the console with superman 64. That's ...

Re: Splash video and USB audio
(I just made a thread about this... whoops  ) Looks like this guy found a solution (I think). https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3176/no-splash-screen-video-sound/7 In the asplashscreen file, you need to change the line omxplayer -o both -b --layer 10000 "$line" to omxplayer -o local -b --lay...

No Sound on Splash Screen - Kite's SAIO
I have @kite 's SAIO. It works perfectly. Since the SAIO gets sound through USB, I am unable to get sound for the video splash screen when the pi zero is booting up. Does anyone know how to enable sound on the SAIO during boot before the splash screen?
