I have a printed case here, but i have changed the hole diameter to fit the Aftermarket NES Controller Buttons.
3 out of the 4 buttons fit perfectly, last one needs a bit sanding.
Even the rear printed button and hole working fine.

Selling one of my Gameboy Zeros. It has Kite's AIO board inside. Ordered it with the soldering job from Kite so he put the Raspi Zero on it himself. @Hoolyhoo Are you planning to share the PSP layout bracket for people to print their own? Or is it only for sale? I only see the .STL files for the earlier versions available in the first post.
