That’s very strange, I’d say something is up with your pi. It does get warm but even with the overclock, it shouldn’t be anywhere near hot enough to deform the PLA.

I can honestly say it's the best one I've ever owned. I've never owned another one. But it's been fine for me, I've used it in a couple GBZs and mintyPi.
