Re: DPI screen color cycling on startup issue [SOLVED]

Good Luck my dude..... when it comes to those FPC connectors I am all thumbs.

Even with a chisel tip and patience it was pretty hard.
It would be nice to have a magnifying glass or a jeweler's lens to see what youre doing!

Re: DPI screen color cycling on startup issue

I did not see that thread, trying to narrow down this issue in the forum or even online is pretty difficult. But it looks like that user was having temp and intermittent connectivity issues, but mine is working fine it seems. just not displaying the output from the Pi. I need to upload a short video...

Re: Could anyone be a doll, and check out my eagle files?

Thanks for checking it over.
Aside from beefing up the power lines, did you see anything that would be a problem?

Could anyone be a doll, and check out my eagle files?

trying to make some changes to the mattc DPI adapter so that it will suit my gameboy pocket build. I am not good at eagle; its difficult to learn as I am not an electrical engineer, I am a graphic designer. So If anyone is confident enough to check over my files it would be great. Ive already run th...

Re: LQ035NC111/DPI Adapter issue

Im pretty sure with that tinkerboy adapter, you'd have to insert the ribbon cable so that the copper contacts face up.

with your screen inserted upside down, the ribbon will not insert in the correct way.

Cant open up retroarch menu with N64 games?

Video/Visual Guide - Brightness Control for LQ035NC111

Hi all, this is my first post and also guide, and I want to show how I managed to add a brightness adjustment to the LQ035NC111 screen that is fairly common among GBZ builders. I found out that one of my screens had the smaller FPC ribbon part broken, and the small 2 wire part of the ribbon is for p...
