Very nice! Maybe you could make a mold from a ready-to-use DMG shell (extra button holes, big screen etc...). I also like the endless colouring and material possibilities

Had exactly the same problem after desoldering the ports ans cutting the PCB. At my second Pi3 I just cut off the ports using a side cutter. and left the Pi3 PCB as it is. I prefer a little unclean DMG case over a seconf broken Pi3

That's happening because you either have choosen the wrong aspect ratio for your video or the wrong aspect ratio in your retropie config. Do you guys think it would be possible to ditch the JFET and use the Teensy/Arduino instead to shutdown the Powerboost? Just want to know your opinion before I start digging into this.
