I have printed out a few of these and they work great. I didn't use heat too get the screw threads in, I used a 3mm drill bit, drilled a centered hole, placed the threaded bit in place with a screw inserted part way and then hit it a few times with a hammer. It worked well and the outer thread bites...

Ok guys as promised I will be making the SAIO bracket for Kite's board available. Although I haven't finished my build completely, I have been able to test the buttons wells for feel and bracket for any interference.
