I'm having a lot of trouble making a screen work and it's such fine detail soldering it. Does anyone have one that's just ready to go?

Try to re-seat the ribbon cable. I have the same bw screen.

My GearBest screen also came ready to work at 5v, actually would work all the way down to 3.5V. I would test your screen first as my board looked just like yours.
