$200 is more than realistic, that's fair. Just the Circuit Sword alone runs close to $200.

You'll need to sit there an look at everything. How are you going to fit an LCD screen, 3d printed parts, the button pcb, battery, and a Pi 3 into an Altoids tin. It may be possible if you never expect the tin to close but at what trade off?
