Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
Guys, I have received my Laser SLA Prints and I have to say they came out very well. The fit is perfect and even the letters are good to read. Just some minor sanding needed as surface is a bit rough. The only thing is that it can be only printed in natural color. Considering the price for all of it...

Is it possible to get the files also as STP instead of STL?
Its easier to use them and modify if needed.

Really, really great job. I would be also interested in your pogo pin bracket STL as I want to go the same way. What kind of pogo pins you are using? Which battery are you using? I think its the same as me with 4800 mAh. I have designed the battery bay to fit Dextec`s battery as well as the Samsung ...

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
Guys, Question: Which rear button you would like more, the gray flat or the brown round shaped one? The position is the only one left that ensures enough space for the stuff needed internally. But I think the position is also not to bad for playing. The buttons are designed not to be microswitches b...

I saw its a JST PH2.0 but when im searching for the counterpart there are many many different types of it. Th...

Anybody knows the Nintendo and Gameboy font or can provide the writing on the shell so I can integrate it into the print?

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
No, that frame is integrated into the Front Shell and will be printed as one part.
I had a look into your shoulder button integration which is really neatly done. But due to the Cartridge reader there will be not enough space to go with your solution in this case.

Re: Game Boy Zero case CAD files
Here some updates: 1. Screen Bracket I modeled a frame onto the front shell where the screen fits in. Afterwards the screen is fixed with a bracket the is screwed onto the frame below. You can see the screw heads shown as white circles. No Interference with the SAIO Board. If this solution is strong...
