Probably a ground problem. Make sure to get the big battery monitor ground soldered good. This connection requires a bit more time and heat to get a goon connection.

Make sure that wifi is turned on. Wermy has an option to turn wifi and Bluetooth on and off.

Check the large ground on the battery monitor for continuity. That joint requires a little more heat to get a solid connection.

Sounds like you don't have enough heat. Try warming up the PCB and pi with a heat gun or hair dryer before soldering. Don't get them too hot or you can damage them.
