Re: Power Switch not working and not booting

 If it is, I will buy you a coffee from my stupidity.

I would point out that the wiki doesn’t really show the connections before inserting. Maybe an update could help, up to you. I’ll report back tonight.

Re: Power Switch not working and not booting

Hey Kite,

When you say BLUE TABS are you referring to the ends of the ribbon cable? I thought I had it in the right way, but I will check again when I get home tonight.

Does the ribbon cable on fit one way? Are both blue tabs suppose to be pointing UP on the main board as well?

Re: Power Switch not working and not booting

K, the boot issues was my memory card so no worries.

The issue is the power switch. If I follow the wiki, I do not get the 5v power light on the USB and mini HDMI board when I connect USB-C power and switch the power switch to on.

Thoughts?

Power Switch not working and not booting

Hey Kite, Working on the Sword and it looks like I may have an issue with my power switch. Can you double check my connect images attached and let me know if you see anything out of place. I went through the testing wiki and everything seems connected just fine. IMG_20190519_132840.jpg IMG_20190519_...

I'm just happy to be a part of the community. 😘 Seriously though, it sucks. I'm sorry you PayPal decided to give you the finger, it really sucks. You will have some people not wait anymore and some that will. All I ask is for continuous transparency communication which you said you would continue so...

I did find that you can modify the NES Classic them to fit on the GBZ resolution. Unfortunately, I do not remember where I found the instructions.

Re: Kites Circuit Sword menu background music

 k, that last method was not the best... because the script checks ever 2 seconds to enable game audio.. not really the best and probably only 90% reliable. So.. I believe I found the best solution for mpg123 script method. Credit goes to: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/5460/arcade-ambienc...

Re: Kites Circuit Sword menu background music

K, I believe I may have found a solution. Try this: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/5460/arcade-ambience-mp3/3 Seems to work with Super-AIO Kite Board running Pi0. Now, before I did this, I did run a retropie update and made sure I had the latest Kite Adrino update from his Wiki. Not sure if tha...

Re: Kites Circuit Sword menu background music

Did you ever find a solution? I am also looking at adding bg music and tried mpg123 as well as python scripts but they all seem to have this same issue.
