Kapton Tape Alternative?
I don't have any kapton tape anymore (I ran out a few weeks ago), and I don't have that much use for it otherwise to buy another roll. Is there any alternative to the tape that is used to protect the Pi from shorting out on the tin? can I just line the bottom with electrical tape?

Thank You!
We all have been waiting for the V3 to come out, and now it's finally here. However, most of us may be unaware of all the hard work that went into the project, and especially all of the hard work that is still being done to fix some new issues. Helder faced many issues with the PCBs and a good amoun...

Re: Painted 3D Parts?
I'd genuinely like to see what you come up with, so if you decide to post something, it'd be great! In my experience, painting is a hit or miss (but then again, that's just me). I don't do it enough to consider myself experienced, but I have learned some stuff. The biggest thing I learned is that sa...

Where did you order the screws and magnet kit? I was planning to try and print my own too but I didn’t see the option for just those. I got them from the Sudomod Market, not from Helder. It's the same place to get the buttons. Here's a link: http://market.sudomod.com/mintypi-v3-magnet-screws/

Re: Switch Joy-Con's Portable
You know, I'm not sure actually. It would make sense. They can pair with anything (even a smartphone).
I wonder if there is some difficulty pairing the Joy Cons with a Pi.

Numerous leaks point out that the V4 will feature an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, a hole-punch style flexible display, three rear cameras, and a dedicated voice assistant button.

I can't find a forum on these speakers so it may take a little experimenting. They likely do require a speaker driver board, yes. I haven't experimented with them myself but they were the smallest speakers I could find for sale. That site also has driver boards listed, so if you were feeling adventu...
