Not really a solution. 2A charging current - 1,7A current draw = 300mA for battery charging. No you can't use it, it delivers only 1A on the output.

Just like the TP4056 Charger. They also offer "only" 1A. Or can not the TP4056 also use and must go to Adafruit?
