Re: Full VGA resolution (640x480) 3.5" display, composite in
Ah yeah the HDMI is a huge feature for me especially once we get a controller hub to make multiplayer games easier rather than crowding around a gameboy screen. I tried putting it together as best i could and i think it can still be done. Worst case scenario i'll mod the contrast port window to fit...

Ordered! I tried offering $55 (never hurts to try!) but they didn't take it. I followed up with a $65 offer and they took that. Total was $82 after shipping.

Re: Alternative Case
Awesome thanks! Ordered one. I bought an original case off ebay and it was in worse shape than I thought when it got here. I was able to make all the modifications without screwing it up but it has still bothered me that it looks so crappy. Thanks again! No problem. I did the same thing except i kn...

Re: Collecting information on alternative displays - please contribute
if you had to change the settings for every emulator to make the screen fit, as i had to with my cheap 320x240 screen? I settled on: disable_overscan=1 overscan_top=8 overscan_bottom=8 overscan_left=0 overscan_right=0 (left and right don't seem to matter once you set top and bottom). I started with...

Re: Alternative Case
There's a lot of custom/replacement shells around for relatively cheap. I did this myself actually because i wanted a black game boy with blue text. Word of warning: I don't think the plastic is of the same quality as stock shells. I made the slight mistake of using a wrong screw that was too long ...

Re: What kind of projects would you like to see next?
I don't know what system we would put it into but a handheld that had a joystick (OR TWO!!! ) and can handle the more robust games such as n64 and ps1 would be awesome.
Accessories would be pretty sweet and probably a lot easier though

Re: [FOR SALE] Common Ground Button PCBs (+X, Y, L1, L2, R1, R2) [WORLDWIDE]
Do the screw holes for this pcb match up in the original gameboy and the custom cases you sell on your site? yep! they do. there is one mounting post on the case which will be removed when the X/Y holes are drilled, and it was taken off the PCB as well. but, yes, they are a match. our shells and th...
