I was flipping through reddit and saw a thread where someone soldered a USB stem to a Pi0w. Link to the product: https://zerostem.io/

The OP used the stem to share their WiFi connection OTG and had Pi-hole running on their Pi to block ad traffic. This seems like a pretty nifty gadget so I picked one up.

I just picked one up from Pimoroni

$22 USD for a Pi0W, USB adapter, + shipping is not bad at all.
