Cool RetroPi on CM3 - DeanChu Design - All Files Shared

Hey guys,
I really like this form factor and the cost of this unit seems extremely low. I also like that they went with the more powerful CM3 Pi instead of the Pi Zero.
Im curious as to what you guys think of his design, the wiring, and overall composition. Below are some links:
On an unrelated note, here is a PieBoy Micro video I saw on Youtube when researching the above. Nice form factor.
I am curious as to what this community thinks of DeanChu's design and would love some insight on his PCB and wiring from experienced members.
