For the front buttons, i buy the original PCB and i thought i would use a FPC 20pins.

You think it's possible for somebody to made a version for oshpark.com (for example) and have my version ?

To save space bottom sides of boards are covered with kapton tape and glued with epoxy to main frame. The bond is strong bud still can be broken easily if necessary.
If you need a bottom pcb with a breakout connection it can be easily done or modified from my design.
