BK Game Boy Color - AIO Build Guide

On the back of the recent Burger King Game Boy Color builds and manual build guide i recently created, i've now finally completed the AIO build guide to compliment Helders new AIO board.

While the AIO simplifies the build massively, much like manual build there are still so many ways to accomplish this, so don't treat it as prescriptive

Happy to answer questions and please let me know if i need to update or expand on any areas.

Another big shout out to Helder here for his help on these and work to date.
