Cool! i like It. I'm a big fan of this kind of projects. What kind of power supply you will plan to use?
I have a pc on a console case too. And i'm thinking on upgrade it

The motherboard has a barrel jack on the rear I/O panel which can accept 19~12 VDC, I'm using a 40W one that came with this

I didn't know this motherboard form factor. It's very useful for a lot of projects, with a pcie port for a gpu this form factor it would be perfect.
