Just wanted to show you my finished 3D printed Bartop Arcade machine.

Its based on this great design here with minor modifications to handle the different screen used:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2099016

-Raspberry Pi 3
-Adafruit 10 inch HDMI screen (Custom screen cover was made for it) - https://www.adafruit.com/product/1694
-Zero Delay Arcade MAME DIY Kits Parts USB Encoder to PC Joystick Push Buttons:
http://m.ebay.com/itm/Zero-Delay-Arcade ... 2418249940

-Pimoroni Phat Dac arduino plate for Crystal Clear audio
-Power entry module and internal power strip for 12v and 5v power supplies.
-External USB flash drive for Rom storage (and easy changes).

Used four round 0.5" neodymium magnets to hold the screen press fitted in the existing mounting holes!!! Much easier than the rectangle ones used in the original design!
The magnets are from Home Depot : http://m.homedepot.com/p/MASTER-MAGNETI ... /202526367

The SD extension holder is from 3D printer parts (wanhao i3). It helps have access to the SD card of the raspberry as otherwise its hard to reach after you screw the raspberry in the case.

I soldered a spare USB port with 4 wires directly on the raspberry pi for the internal USB port for the joystick, later used a small hub to also plug on it the USB Flash Disk with the ROMS. Similar to what we usually do for Raspberry Zero boards: http://i67.tinypic.com/2i1gjuv.jpg

On the back of the machine I added some membrane buttons I had spare connected directly to the Raspberry Pi pins to emulate keyboard buttons for emulators that didn't support all joystick combinations like MAME that needs a ESC key to quit. The buttons include Volume UP/DOWN and Shutdown function if held for 3 seconds (used scripts from Pimoroni Picade hut for this).

Here are some videos with demo play and showing a little bit the internal
