My converted icade arcade cabinet

Hi all
I bought a second icade arcade cabinet (for iPad) off eBay and converted it to work with a Pi 3 and RetroPie. This is the finished article and a few pics.
Originally I was going to keep the cost down by using the original iCade joystick and buttons but they are very poor and unresponsive - the new Sanwa joystick is great.
The Picade hat is definitely worth £15 - This controls the joystick and button inputs, a 3W I2S DAC/amplifier & soft power switch.
The back piece is just a piece of painted mdf with a few holes drilled into it.
The original coin button is just for show but I wired the LED to the Picade hat and it works fine.
The small momentary button on the front is used to safe power on/off the system.
I ended up spending more than I wanted but overall I'm chuffed withe the end result
