3D Printing Forum

Post by wermy » Tue Jun 07, 2016 8:08 am

Hey guys!
I've been getting into 3D printing, and what excites me most about it is the possibilities it opens up for custom parts in projects like the GBZ. So, I set up a 3D printing forum here: http://sudomod.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=27
I have no idea how much interest in this, so if I'm the only one I'll probably just move topics from here into general hardware or something. :)

Those can be surprisingly useful, you just have to get creative! http://imgur.com/a/Qu9Fm

Do you have a 3D printer @wermy? What model. I have always been interested, but never had a real need to purchase one.

Hey that's a good idea.
I would design this, but at the moment I an working on the screen surround and also I would have to find a someone to print them out.
I like the idea of printed button wells, it would be a simple drill and stick button modification! The buttons and conductive pads are easy to find.
