Emulation Station - Changing font size?

Hey guys. Is it possible to change the emulation station font size? For example if I add a rom to favorites - the text that pops up is too small. I'm on a 3.5" screen and it's incredibly small. The retropie theme itself is fine (RxBrad's GBZ35), but it's whenever I open the emulationstation menu that everything shrinks.
